Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Special order items such as Lectron, and expansion chambers not yet constructed will take longer. Please email for up to date delivery estimate hyggeperformance@gmail.com
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Canadian Orders ship free.
For simple flat rate shipping: Canadian Orders ship free.
We offer $75CAD flat rate shipping to USA for 125cc & 250cc Chambers
500cc Chambers are $100CAD
You can also emphasize any free shipping thresholds you offer (e.g. free shipping for orders over $75). For multiple shipping options, you can list carrier options, prices, and delivery times in a table.

Local delivery & Shop Pickup
All Canadian orders ship for free. Our shop is rural, for that reason we offer shipping only.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping worldwide shipping via UPS.
Due to everchanging shipping rates we will calculate shipping at the time of order.
If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, tariffs (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Hygge Performance is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hyggeperformance@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Include a link for customers to track their order if available.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If this is the case an alternative address will be requested.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Any returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. We will work to accommodate you as best we can.
Note: Chamber fitment is designed off of a bike in our shop. Fitment is done to the best of our ability but due to each bike having unique configuration, fitment is not guaranteed. If you have concerns about fitment please ask us before purchasing - email hyggeperformance@gmail.com
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hyggeperformance@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
